Amazon launches 27 internet satellites into space to compete with Starlink

Amazon launched its first Project Kuiper satellites this Monday (28) around 8 p.m. (Brasília time), aiming to compete with Starlink, SpaceX’s satellite internet network created by Elon Musk.
The mission, named Kuiper Atlas 1, took off from the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida.
The 27 satellites in this first phase were mounted on an Atlas V rocket from United Launch Alliance (ULA), a joint venture between American aerospace giants Boeing and Lockheed Martin.
